Hi guys.
Since I installed an R200 in my '73 240 along with a rear speaker box with a pair of 6 x 9's, heavy sway bar, gas tank from a '75 that holds a couple extra gallons, rear hatch louvers and the AERO II bumper kit, the car sits low in the back! I figure I have added 70 pounds to the rear end. When you add two standard 175 lb people, it sits almost on the bump stops. Will the rear springs from a 280 (from a wrecking yard) or possibly the 2+2 model fix this? I am afraid of breaking the half-shaft u-joints due to the excessive angle, plus it doesn't look right. Thanks in advance.
