My 260Z's hatch is unable to open. I have tried everything, but no go. Is there a fix for this. I haven't seen any lock kits for the hatch :-(
Also, what's the recomendation for a simple roundtop/coil/plugs/MSD setup for street use?

Relax, your lock assembly has rotated. Crawl between the seat upside down and remove the panel that covers the inside of the hatch. You will see the lock assembly is held in by a U shaped fork with a 90 degree bend at one end. Just push this off and you will be able to pull the lock through and open the hatch. Now you can get back out of the car and reinstall it. As to your other question, I don't know what a simple roundtop is but I use a crane PS 40 coil (in fact I have and extra) I use NGK BPRES6 plugs I think, and Magnecor wires. I have heard of reliability problems with the MSD setup and I don't tolerate reliability problems.
