Cris, I agree with Dave's assesment about a core of members usually doing all the work for a car club. Ours is no different. We have in excess of 100 registered club members, yet we seem to get the same 15-20 members out to our monthly meetings (when we are lucky). Wish it were different, but that unfortunately, is the nature of the beast. In spite of the poor participation, we know that we have a good club, enjoy a variety of fun events, and we are determined that our club will survive. So stick with it buddy. Long-term it will all pay off.
