I am getting ready to buy the Alpine head unit for my car. I am just not sure of the size and would it fit. Does anyone know the size of the radio chassis size in 1993 300ZX?

It's a standard DIN, but you also have double the room if you remove the "pocket" below the radio. That space can be used for all sorts of things, I've seen z's with DVD players there.

not longer than 6.5 inches deep
But im sure you can squeeze a few millimeters in the back but i wont recommend it
