I am about to start my auto to 5 speed conversion.

I have a full 5 speed car to use as a donor car. (using gearbox of parts car with a different engine)

The question is ----> Do i need to replace anything between the engine an gearbox when i am putting it all back together? As in bushes or anything?

You will need obviously the flywheel instead of the flexplate but you will also need a pilot bearing. Get a new one ,they're cheap!

Ahh thanks.

What should i acually ask for? Would it just be a pilot bearing for a L28?
