I am repairing Chicagoland salt damage on our 82 ZXT just purchased. The lower 2-3 inches on each quarter panel and about a foot around under the rear bumper is missing. The remaining metal is all prepped with POR15, etc.
Can anyone email me pictures of just what the lower metal is supposed to look like in these areas? I plan to repair with aluminum sheet metal, nylon mesh and fiberglass reinforced bondo. I want to do a good job and a picture sure would be helpful.
I have already repaired the floor pans, rocker panels, rear wheel wells and front fenders.
