Anyone have experience with horsepower gains from porting and polishing a NA engine? My 240k mile engine could probably use a rebuild, although the thing burns very little oil, and I'm wondering if a 5 angle valve job, porting and polishing is worth the expense.

Thoughts?

Good link but the final results are only about a turbo 300zx. I think there is a reason you don't find dyno results of mods done on the non turbo, becuase you won't see much. I honestly wouldn't bother unless you strictly wanted a non turbo car. If all you care about is getting to a certain goal then I say go with a turbo.
