A life time ago I owned a 240Z new. Now, after years of playing with old American Iron, I am seriously looking at a Z to buy. Yhis one happens to be a 80 ZX, one of the anniversary cars. My main question centers around parts sources. I have looked in Hemmings, on the net here etc., But have trouble ascertaining if there are a number of good parts sources for this particular car. I know I need to reupholster the car, and would like to upgrade the suspension, amd perhaps some minor engine tweaks. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, Conrad

Two fairly significant sources for OEM quality and performance parts are Motorsport 800-633-6331 and Victoria British 800-255-0088. They have got just about anything your would need (minus electical components) for a ZX. I recommend ordering their catalogs so you can see all that they have -- they are fairly comprehensive, although I would love to find a few more sources myself.
