Looking to do the front brakes. Right now I have the rotors and pads. Did not realize beforehand that I would need to crack open the hub assembly... so besides inner and outer bearings for each wheel, what else do I need?

You probably just need to pack the front bearings, not replace them. If they have been well maintained they seldom fail. You will need a new grease seal for the inside on each axle, and make sure to have spare cotter pins and refer to the service manual for the right preload on the outer bearing.

Incidentally, I'm about to do rotors and pads on my 83 ZXT, and it's a good chance to pack the bearings as well. I have about 20K miles on it since the bearings were last packed.

The bearings on the early cars just sit in the rotor and ride on the spindle.
If the bearings aren’t growling just pack them and put her back together.
Easy Peasy!
