Hi Peoples, there has been alot of questions regarding paint codes and where to find them..

various sites have compiled lists of them

however i think this is the best resource for locating what paint you have on your car

it is the Sherwin-Williams site. they can also mix these paints so if you need your car repainted origonal color, and can't find someone to do it

Thanks Ebola! I've always wondered what the most popular colors were. Anyone know anyplace on the net that might detail how many cars of each color were sold per year?

Paint codes? PROBLEM!

My 1977 280Z paint code sticker reads "Paint Color Number 110". On the Sherwin web site it comes up as persimon red. My Z is persimon red! It also says my Z should be a 1972,1973 or 1974 model Z. Something isn't right. The body is obviously a 77/78. The body tag has manufacture date as 9/77.
