I am in process of putting high comp p90 on n42. I understand that p90 has internally lubricated, and n42 originally came with externally lubed cam. Is there anything that I need to do to make p90 work on n42 block or can I just put it on and be ok??? Thanks!!

Yes. The N47 and some N42 heads that came on a N42 block were internaly lubed. The oil passages are externaly the same between the N42 and the F54. The P90 head will bolt straight up with no trouble. The only consideration is that you must use and internaly lubed cam. Most performance cams and the original cam that came on the P90 are internaly lubed.

Are you aware that putting a P90 on an N42 stock setup will give you 8.52:1 CR with flattops and 7.38:1 CR with stock dished pistons? (I noticed you did say high comp p90 -- just curious about your other mods.)
