Only right hazards work on my 75.

I recently lucked out and was able to pick up my first s30 but only my right hazards work, I already replaced both flashers, and checked the lines & switch. I'm only worked on s130's before but I already checked the fsm, and searched the forums. I read a couple of post about hazards not working alltogether but not halfway working and I need to pass inspection. Anyone had this issue before?
