Hello all...well, I got my new registration today, Now I can legally try to get my car to the hobby shop on post! I think I am going to try to rip out the cat, and put in it's place a 2 foot length of 2in exhaust pipe, which is currently pulling muffler fill in duty, and I'll just put my Cherry Bomb in it's place! And hopefully I'll be able to get one of my computers to work somewhat...ya know, I think I might start a trend here, lets here about yall's worst rigged stories...what do you have in place for something else that is really supposed to be there!?!?

i recently bought a one owner '80zx car from a guy in redmond, wa. the car hasn't had a cat since it was new. he tore it off right away and installed 2 pipe in its place to gain more power, although i don't know if it did any good. the car has always passed emissions, though. i have the last emissions report and it was running pretty clean, even though 4 of the injectors bleed down.

A Cherry Bomb? Are you bombed? What a waste on a Z. Dynomax or Flowmaster is what you want - a true performance muffler (not available at Checker!).

A Cherry Bomb? Are you bombed? What a waste on a Z. Dynomax or Flowmaster is what you want - a true performance muffler (not available at Checker!).

If the cherry bomb goes straight thru, then what is the difference between the cherry bomb and Flowmaster or Dynomax? Do you get a significant horse power gain over the cherry bomb?

One headlight on my zx was very dim, so I ran a wire from the bright head light to the other one. Now they are both bright. Im keeping it this way until I figure out the problem and fix it right.
