Hey!
You know the jet adjusting nut? The one that screws onto
the carb right before the jet goes in?
The book says to initially adjust that thing to within 1/2 to 1
turn of closed. (tightened). So I made it 3/4 of a turn... Then
the book says that after the carb are in there, you should
tighten that nut up to adjust them.
Here's the hum-dinger: When I took the /other/ carb off
the engine, and looked at it's nut, it was turned 3 and a half
turns from the closed possition!!! Does that mean it was
running super-rich?
Thanks for any advice!!!
