+42 offset would be farther INWARD than +35 offset. It is 7mm farther under the car than +35 offset. And of course, total wheel width plus offset are what indicate the way the wheel will sit. You can't just look at offset or width alone.

So I would guess no, because that is the same as stock width.

(p.s. that diagram explanied it better than anything else ever has to me. thanks!)

you could you wheel adapters( spacers) to push the rim of the wheel out and i hope that 7.5 width is for the front right , in the rear i would want atleast a 8.5 if i were you .
