My 240 has triple webers, a header and a 2.5" exhaust. I figure breathing really isn't that much of a problem. The car has a 5-speed. How big should my cam be to rev to 7,000? What valvesprings should I run with this cam? What is the biggest cam I can run without having valve to piston clearance problems? Thanks for your time

274degree+ duration. I would go with 247in/280ex high lift about 495"

your setup is very close to what i had,

I had a schneider Racing Cams 270-80f grind cam, part# 17034

worked really well power from 2500 through 6500+ (mine pulled hard to 7 grand)
