I'd say both are from the front seal. Liquid tends to wick along seams and then drops later on. It could also be your cam seals, but the front main is still my 1st guess.

On the first shot -- wouldn't think anything from the front seal would be getting on the bottom of that other pulley? I'm thinking maybe a CAM seal as well?

How many miles on this engine?

104002 miles.

The car was getting head gasket work done and when they checked the engine after gaskets were complete then this showed up. There actually is a really long story to this car I'm just keeping it simple :)

BTW the heater doesn't work now either.
