oil leak from one of the spark plugs

hey guys, i just bought a 77 datsun 280zx and i am trying to get it running. The car starts hard and runs ruff, and after a little while it dies. when i step on the gas it dies also. I noticed that there is some oil leaking from one of the spark plugs. I did a compression test and i got 105-110 psi across the board(not sure if that is normal or not). I am not very mechanically inclined so any advice would help. Please let me know where I need to start in order to get this beauty running. Thank you in advance for your time. The car is fuel injected.

spark plugs don't leak oil unless they are not tight.
Oil leaking from the valve cover will tend to pool in the spark plug area.
so what should i do, check the valve cover and replace the gasket? please let me know what you think
yeah get a gasket for the rocker cover, clean the head and block good. Does it have new gas?
the gas is new; i think i am going to take the head off and replace the gasket; any idea how to wedge the timing chain? thx
