You would have to get spacers. Stock offset is near zero. I think MSA's 16x7 wheels have a slightly positive offset - maybe +6mm ???.

I found some nice mesh style wheels from Rota called "Formel". Will a 42 offset fit on my 280z?

Thanks for the response. For some reason, it's very difficult to find mesh style wheels for the Z in a 16x7. I'll explore the adapter/spacer method. Thanks again.

what are they asking for those? not a lot of information on their site..
I have those modern-motorsports and 16x7 Rota Slipstreams on my car. Both the adapters and the wheels are great. And the formels are a good choice.
