From what I have gathered this is possible. However as I see it you will have to drill and tap each intake runner and fit it w/ a small jet for the NO2 and fuel. I'm pretty sure that it has been done by someone else. Sorry not much help, but I say go for it. Just don't plan on giving it a huge shot, maybe 50-75 max.
look at SeeXing's 240Z, it has a NOS system from a honda in it. He tapped each manifold where it meets the SUs twice with a N20 kit for a 4 banger honda
...at each port, someone else here, Tony D. I think, recommends tapping the intake behind each carb. apparently this results in a softer "hit" when you start up the juice.
Two foggers in the spacers, one behind each SU will give more than enough capacity for a Z. Theoretically you can hit with 150HP easily from two foggers, I prefer the two as the jetting is easier for the range normally used (25-90HP) than if you get foolish and install six in the runners!
The jet sizes for 50 hp using two foggers is just like a V-8 fogger being setup for 200HP (25hp X 8 cylinder foggers = 200hp)
I prefer using the larger jets as they are less prone to clogging a fuel jet with debris, that makes boom...
Careful with your timing and everything, SeeXing's backfired and bent his carb butterflies in a U, it idled at like 4,000 RPM til he straightened em out.
He ran about a 100 shot, first run his clutch went out....norm the 12 second SU style.
