When I descelerate from about the 3500 to 4k mark my car makes a very loud moaning noise. Could this mean that the big vacuum diaphram is going bad, the one that holds and lets the throttle go down slowly.

Also, I'm having problems with hesitation and missing on acceleration, should I go straight to checking my AFM or could this be a problem with fuel regulation, almost seems to me like its not getting enough fuel in the times that it needs it, on acceleration. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks,
