I have wondered that same thing. It's a 30 year old car that has a book value to insurance companys of almost nothing. I guess you could go the show car route, But then you can't drive it more than a few hundred miles a year. Whats the fun in that? Sure you could diconnect the speedo but if you get in a wreck and the insurance company finds out about the speedo you go to jail for fraud or maybe they would just figure you paid enough by wrecking your Z.

New Z

Rider on insurance for 35grand+102550 high cost
of 600 for 6months. Car is excellent, it is lisited as vintage new, the odometer is set at as of now 112/3tenths Yes, thats right Onehundred and twelve and three tenths. this car even has the new smell, what am I saying it is NEW! He is wanting to purchase another from a dallas dealer for 27thousand but the dealer won't let go for under 29,500. Oh well, Merry Christmas!
