as you know last week my car was hit, this week someone stole my suspension bitz.

before the thing this week, i was wondering if i should try to repair this car or start with another.

them stealing stuff OFF my car was almost like a slap in the face... now I feel I have to fix this car... its just me

now i was wondering if there is anyone in the SanFernando Valley Area who knows about Z body work, frame damage, or the like who could come and look at my car and give me a good idea of just how bad it is. externally the damage seems confined to the left rear quarter panel, and the corresponding A-Arm. but im worried the frame might be tweaked or cracked or something like that.

ebola.....
jack up the back end of the car and check all of the suspension pickups and related stuff.......look for cracked paint and the like....this will tell you whats bent.
look for the same things on the frame rails themselves. and twisting or bending will be obvious due to the undercoating coming off. that stuff does'nt bend too well.....nor does paint, so thats where your problems will be.
then you can make the decision yourself as to what you should do with that chassis.

Someone in Group Z (a So Cal. Z club) had major rear end damage fixed on his 240, but I don't have a number. His name is jerry. Try contacting the Vice Pres of Group Z (www.groupz.com). He probably knows or can find out where the car was fixed, and they did a nice job.
