Do i just use a regular vacuum line for the Purge line coming from the carbon canister or do i need some sort of special line? Thanks everyone. 82 280zx

Yes, or normal fuel line for the larger sizes. You only need "emissions hose" on the lines that get hot, like the valve cover breather tube (PCV for you newer models.)

Hmmm...emissions hose...well, I replaced the hose directly to my PC valve with a heater hose...should I expect problems down the road?
