need a reputable place to order transmission parts.
I don't have first gear anymore in my car. Think the synchro is busted and i need a new one. Nissan said they don't carry the part anymore. Does anyone know of a reputable place to order from online?

If first gear is not there at all, you need much more than a syncro ring. Best bet would be to hunt down a used trans or just break down and buy a new one.
