1973 240... I'm the third owner.
Blue with white interior.
First mod was to swap to my 2.8L motor with triple webers.
Mallory dist. Chevy coil
4 row radiator (Never overheats)
Full dual exhaust. Headers to glass-packs. 2 1/4" tubing.
Panasport 16x7 rims. 225x50 Dunlops (Had to roll the fender lips some...)
Tokiko shocks and aftermarket springs
3/4" front roll bar, stock rear
All new urethane bushings
Soon to add solid rear diff mount
Someday to add limited slip diff ($$)
Front calipers from Toyota 4x4
Rear disc conversion (Maxima calipers and rotors)
Braided brake lines
4 point roll bar, otherwise stock interior (Stock AM/FM push button radio!)
4000 RPM = 90 MPH... I have seen 5200 in 4th before I let off. (I have no front air dam yet... Scary stuff)
Peak power @ 7200 (Stock valve springs stop working at that point) but it will rev past 8000.
0-60 around 5 sec. with worn tires. 1/4 mile 13 second range (Need new tires)

I picked it up for $3000 from a family friend.

My first Z was a 260. I got tired of a motor swap every two years for smog.

I still have the smog legal 2.6 motor on a stand in the garage. (Need parts?)
