The first thing I did is remove all of those vacuum lines and controls. I removed to valve that control coolant flow to the heater core and replaced it with a U shaped pipe and heater hose. No it constantly recieves hot water. Then I have the blower motor controlled by a toggle switch in the center counsel. The air is permanently routed to the defrost vents. I am not worried about keeping mine stock, and my windows stay defrosted, plus I don't freeze my [email protected]#$ off. It only cost my about $10 also. I just hope it isn't too warm in the summer.
