I have a used both a P79 and P90, shaved .080, on my flattop motor.

If you put a straight-edge across the chamber, there's almost no clearance between it and the sparkplug electrode. So I had thought about going the MSA piston route too, but it's gonna be close.

If you look at the shape of the raised section on the piston, I suspect it was really designed for tHE n42/47 chamber.
