K i finally figures out my car it only boggs down alot if its raining or snowing outside could it be my wires?

Could also be a cracked distributor cap, spark plug wires, moisture in the tps (throttle position sensor)... next time it happens spray some wd-40 on the wire and sensors. When the idle picks up, you found the problem.

Could be--maybe bad spark plug wires. (Shades of Lucas Prince of Darkness...)
