does the 83 zxt computer have any memory in it? if so, how long would i have to leave the power unhooked to 'reset' it?

just saw another post earlier that someone mentioned doing that.. seemed a bit odd and just wanted to be certain i didnt missing something in the fsm.
i've got a 3.1 that likes to foul it's plugs.. been testing everything.. can't seem to track it down and it's driving me crazy.

gas.. running rich at idle. when they plugs are clean, it pulls hard otherwise.
