Hey, I was recently involved in a crash wich totaled my friends 1/70 hls30 00730 240. We did some searching for a replacement chasis and found, oddly enough, vin# hls30 00726. Too bad 726 was a complete rust bucket. It did however have all the factory under-hood items includeing the e31 head and the early 6 counterwight crank motor. We are in austin and would like to find a car with a lower vin than 726 to rebuild, no rust buckets please. If youv'e got info call me at 512-246-8756. I am currently trying to buy #726 so if you resto parts for under the hood call me. The interior was pretty thrashed though. I will also have two of the early style monkey-shifter tranny's when I bring home #726, they are both good.
