I have a wurring noise coming from my dash around the clock area. It is irritating because when you shut the car off and you just have the stereo on, you can here this **** wur/buzz. I thought it was the clock, but I have a digital clock. Digital clocks don't make this noise, do they? Any idea of what this is would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If its a 280ZX with the auto climate control then its just a little fan that pulls air through a temp sensor. Its nothing to worry about. Mine does that too. I just ignore it.

81 280zx n/a is the year of my car.

Its the little fan thing for the climate control.Mine used to drive me insane too, so I un-pluged it. Take out the glove box, find the wire that goes to it and pull the connecter thing apart and its cured.
