Looking to get another Z

Hello all, my first car was a z. From the time i was 16 till 22 i owned a 2+2 NA silver z. Now i've come across a z and it has got me thinking. This is what i found, a '91 TT black with 92k i haven't seen it yet and am waiting to hear back from the guy but he's asking 6k for it and here's what he said is wrong with it: the a/c is sporadic, idles rough, has a z3 body kit with the fenders and all, the hicas has stopped working, and i'm not sure as to standard or auto. I have around 4k as a basic idea what i'm going to offer him but i wanted to get some feedback and input as to good/bad idea or what else i should look into. Also it should be noted that this will not be my daily driver so i can do most if not all necessary maintenance.

First question, are the injectors the originals? Second, need a list of performance mods.
Really depends on a lot of things - but for that mileage, if engine has no cooling issues, burns no oil and just as important the turbos are working properly -- $6k could be a a pretty good price. If you can get it for less even better!

FYI: Really nice (good) condition turbo's often go in the $8k to $10k range (and sometimes higher). Just to give you a point of reference. NAs in good condition in the $4k to $6k range.

I consider "good" to follow the definitions given on Edmunds.com or similar web site...

PS - Hopefully you already know these cars can be mtce intensive just due to age. A $750 to $1k budget for the first few years to cover repairs isn't out of line. Costs can be kept under control if you can do some of your own work - labor is the killer on these cars.
