I recently purchased a set of six spoke silver Z (ZX)? rims with standard shank lug nuts. Now I concerned about someone willing to take them off my hands. You know the five finger discount shoppers! So the question is will the locking lug nuts offered in MSA fit these rims, if not any suggestions too include points of contact.

Why not the Nissan Units?

Nissan had a factory locking lugnut. VERY trick, using a single-sided key like in a 70 240. I have a set, but have no P/N for them. They must be in the microfiche somewhere. Mine currently are protecting my alloys, so I'm not parting with 'em, sorry.

I recently bought some wheels at discount tire. They didn't fit and they were nice enough to take them back. However I still have the locking lug nuts. These are the ones that don't look like they are lug nuts. they have a key that slips over the entire lug nut and you use the wrench on the key. I couldn't use them on my new wheels cause they were inset. I had to get some with the extended shank.

These are pretty sweet. I guess they would be called the acorn style. I'd sell them for $25 including shipping. If you are interested send me an email ([email protected]) I can send you a pic of them this evening when I get home.
