today i got new tires put on my car and then i went to get a four wheel alignment and the told me that they coulden't do it becouse my L&R rear ball joints were going out well i would like to know how bad/important these are and where there located at so if anyone could help me i would greatly apperishate it

If these go out the tire will not move......Very important....Could cause further suspension problems if it goes out....

since when do these cars have REAR ball joints.............. i dont think the guy at the shop has any idea what hes taking about.......... i could see rear CV joints or maybe front ball joints.

wait now, I didn't think that the rear wheels could even be aligned.....

What's up with that?

The factory has made provision for toe adjustment via the inner pivots on trailing arm mount, so at least the toe and the thrust line can be correct even if the camber is not.
