Does anyone know where I can find a good online picture or diagram of the interior design of the water channels of a head for a 280Z?
I can't figure out if one of the water channels in my cylinder head is corroded through or if the jagged aluminum I see inside is just left over from the original casting.
It's from a 78 280Z. I took it off (snapped two studs for the exhaust manifold, have to drill them out) and as I look inside I see jagged aluminum inside the last (end) water port near the No 6 cylinder, and past the aluminum is either another water channel or the remainder of the same water channel.
