I just took apart my ignition [81 280zx n/a] and steering column and realized that there is a light that is suppost to shine on the igniton key hole! I replaced the light in it but it still doesn't work. Does anybody's still work? Is there a fuse for this light?

P.S.: Will my heating/cooling system still work after I have disconnected my aspirator? The noise was finally too much to take!

the aspirator fan for auto temp. control. Just like it say in the Haynes manual.

Hi.
Take the aspirator out, open it and oil the gears. I did it on mine and still works after 5 years.

I took the aspirator out and sprayed some MoveIT on it and it still rattled. Is there another oil/spray I should use? Where should I put it? I don't see any gears.

If you're interested, I have a new aspirator fan (blower assembly) for an 83zxt (2+2 auto.) that I couldn't return to the dealer because it was a special order.

It's listed as BLOWER ASSY-ASP
