I know this question has been asked before.

Hi, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction on how to tune su carbs. Is there a good website that describes it? The guy who put them on only put about 50 miles on them before he gave it to me and they are running super rich, and I have no idea how to get them working right. If any one can help, I would really appriciate it. Thanks.
