1. wires, plugs rotor, cap
2. cleaned injectors, tested with ohm meter all same, good spray pattern. 14 @ 200 ohm setting
3. comnpression test 149 psi all cyl.
4. fuel pump 71 psi.
5. TPS smooth resistance.
6 Replaced all vacumm hoses small ones.
7. Lifted egr by hand changed idle.

Problem is getting worse at 1500 to 1550 rpm Runs smooth at 2000 rpm and up. Shakes so bad it will rattle your coffee cup off the dash.

Seemed to not shake at 6am with engine cold at 1550 rpm. Air cleaner removed.

Has bad valve guides. smokes.

Can an injector be bad that passes all tests?

RPM or MPH?

Does the vibration always happen at that RPM or is it the MPH? In other words, if you leave the car in neutral does it vibrate or only when you are driving the car?

Yes in neutral. A local mechanic said he didnt think it was the harmonic balancer. Number 4 injector looked weaker but its hard to tell without a proper flow testor. Three of the injectors are 25 years old new ones on the way.
