Just asking if $900 would be a reasonable price for a new LSD, parts, and intallation for an 83zx, I would intsall it myself but I don't have the mechanical ability.

Sounds like retail price for parts and labor. Decent price meaning GREAT price? I don't know . I'd pay it in my area. The important thing is to have confidence in who's doing the work and be certain they know what they are doing and will stand behind the work.

While they are down there, there are other things they could be doing, too -- like urethane bushings and such....
