I got this Big bad project I'm working on and it's almost finished. 280zx 81'T. Rebuilt motor black w/Epselons on it. Head was done including valves and seals. It has good power but I'm scared to punch it because I'm afraid of the white-Bluish smoke. Does that mean turbo seals are going bad or Valve seals? How can you determine the prob? or what to look for which will give a dead giveaway?

when my turbo went out it would only smoke a little (or not @ all ) till i hit 3500 ''' then ...look out (bigtime smoke).....(the seal went out on the intake side of the turbo)......if the tube going from the turbo to the air horn has oil in it, its definitely the turbo......if there's no oil in youre intake tube (from the turbo) and your spark plugs are "oil fouled" i'd think its the valves (or other internal components).....if the plugs arent fouled, its prbly the exhaust side of the turbo gone south....s
