This is really a tough one to value. For instance, replacing floor pans with sheet metal instead of floor pans from another ZX is less desirable. There are a number of upsides and some downsides.
If you want to sell it, I'd suggest using a Bring a Trailer auction. Cost is $99 plus 5% of the selling price (there was an article about BAT in the Wall St Journal this morning...) and I think that would be a good value. An ad there will require a lot of description, many good photos and truth-telling about how you rebuilt things. At a wild guess I think you could get more than $10K, but how much more is simply a guess.
