well im sure i would be worth something. ive never seen that type of wheel on a Z before im sure its an aftermarket wheel. if there in good condition you could surely get some money for them.;

Honeycomb style wheels were found on mid 70s Trans-Ams. Every set I've seen has been gold. I believe snowflake styles were T/A items, too. Yours appear to be BBS style wheels. Put 'em on e-bay and see what happens. If they're not all rashed up you may get a C note for 'em. UPS can ship two wheels per box at a cost of around $55 per box.

Unless the drugs have kicked in, 1981 280ZX turbos were the only Nissan Z cars that came with 'Snowflake' wheels from the factory. In '82 and '83, the turbos had the 'swastika' rims. The ones in the photo are not factory for any year Datsun/Nissan that I'm aware of. What they're worth depends on size, width, offset and overall condition. You could probably get $100 for them if they're 14s or 15s in good shape with zero offset (to fit Z cars). Never know until you try.

I'll probably try e-bay... I have to put my lincoln on there anyway so I can buy another Z. Those wheels are a light metallic blue... you think I'll get more if I try to refinish them or something? I'm just thinking what blue rims on, say, a green car would look like... Ick! (sorry if anyone has that combo!)

The wheels that came on mine are stock...i think...well thats why i'm posting...to find out


They have the normal "Z" in the middle, but they have multiple slashes going in 4 different directions ( like 8 slashes going N,S,E,W ) inside the slashes is gold, outside is silver. They look REALLY sweet. Well thats all

If they look like the ones on this Z of the month — http://zcar.com/month/2001/09/ — those are the so-called swastika rims which came stock on '82-'83 turbos (but which fit any 4-lug Z)

Kinda like those, cept mine have gold inside the slots and silver everywhere else...their really nice.

I'm tring to figure out if i have aGL or not, but everyone tells me to check the VIN # but the number on the dash never matches ANYTHING the people on here tell me...oh welll
