My 280Z idles way to high. After two years
without a problem, my Z started to idle
at 2000-2200 RPMs once the car was moving
more that 10mph.
At lower speeds the car seems to idle a bit
higher than normal but nothing like what
happens at 10mph!
As this only happens after I start moving, I
have had a hard time finding it.

Thanks for any suggestions

Do a search for BCDD, better yet ... I'll do it for you.

I'll be vain and direct you to posts that I've written:

Re: Missing URL

Yes, your Boost Controlled Deceleration Device has failed. For a temp fix you can cover the hole in the bottom of the throttle body with something that won't get sucked into the intake (glue?). I think a new one was about $80 from Courtesy Nissan.
