My comment on at least two of them --

the seals for the VTC (intake) CAMs could easily be damaged when the CAM was reattached to the car. Those two seals, when installed, aren't flush against any kind of shaft.

The shaft that comes into contact with the seals is part of the VTC CAM gear and is pressed into place when gear is reinstalled on the engine. If the shafts on those CAM gears weren't properly lubricated -- this could be part of the issue.

Maybe the two ripped seals are from there?

Thx for sharing these pictures - helps me to better understand what can cause leaking issues.

I had a very similar problem with my rear seal on my tranny when I installed my one-piece. If you don't lub them when you insert them, you can easily damage them. You tear looks like a faulty part, though. Glad that it's only a seal.
