ok i just bought a 260z that was sitting for a while, its had mikuni triple carbs ,cam , all that stuff, we got it to run and everything but during acceleration, the car will bog and make a pop from 1 or 2 of the carbs, popping not always from the same carb, car sat for 3 or 4 years,we changed oil, gas,plugs. pls help

I had the same problem when I got my 260z wit triple mikunis. I had to disaasemble and clean the carbs and hand cut a top gasket for all three (can't get parts in my area). Was a lot of crud from sitting so long, but once I finished they ran good. Parts and rebuild kits are only available through racing companys, ie... rebello and malverne. The cheapest I found where at a place called LRE in St. Louis.
