I am replacing my timing belt on my 86 300zx n/a this weekend and am going to eplace the CHTS (Cylinder Head Temp Sensor) except that no dealer or auto parts store has a part called a CHTS. Does anyone know what the name of this temp sensor part is located beside the thermostat housing and under the distributor. All the stuff i read calls it a CHTS, but there must be another name for it cause i cant find a CHTS. The parts store has a temperature sender, could this be it? anyone who has replaced a CHTS, let me know what the name of it is at a parts store.

I agree with Red, I'm doing the same thing, and my harness kind of crumbled when disconnecting it. Nissan P/N 24079-01P00.
