This is what is in the factory service manual:
clearance HOT
intake 0.25 mm (0.0098 inches)
exhaust 0.30 mm (0.0118 inches)
clearance COLD
intake 0.20 mm (0.0079 inches)
exhaust 0.25 mm (0.0098 inches)

A friendly suggestion: put the year and make or type head on your subject line, as well as something descriptive. This may aid your quest for information.

Dustin, You can go ahead and set your valves at
.010 in(intake) and .012 in(exhaust) but if your engine is a high miler I'd go .009 and .011. Here's the tip, SET EM WHILE THERE GOOD AND HOT. Have your tools ready and waiting, get the car up to temp and then go to work. I like to set mine one at a time with the cam lobes pointing straight up but the half and half method that most manuals desribe works OK (THOUGH NOT AS ACCURATE). Also, make sure the key is off or the ignition is disabled. Finally, work efficiently because as the engine cools the tolerances will change. good luck
