Alright im pretty sure i got everything taken off that needs to come off.......
But the head will not budge.....Any tricks im overlooking?, i tired to break the seal to the block, but it didnt do any good that i could tell......

Sounds like you forgot too remove the 10mm bolts, there is one on each head. On the drivers side head its at the front of the head on the corner close to the block and same for the other side except the passanger side its on the back corner.

Yeah, that was the problem in the beginning.....But i found that bolt in the Manual...Removed it.....still couldnt separate it.....

And it is on the driver's side.....

Does anyone have a picture of the head completely stripped so i can compare?

Do i have to removal the manifold to get the head to come off?

Which manifold, exhuast or intake?

I'm pretty sure you have to take off the intake and exhaust manifolds. But I've never done it, so don't take that as actual fact.

In the picture in the haynes manual, it just shows the exhaust side off.....I may try both though b/c im going to be replacing most of the gaskets anyway......
