Anyone know what size allen wrench those bolts are?

You can also take a 10mm socket (1/2") and cut a regular allen wrench to make a "custom" socket.

But if it were me, I'd follow ktul81zx's advice and go somewhere like Sears and pick up a Craftsman socket all ready to go.

And for Gosh Sakes, pound them with a hammer and work them loose real carefully. If one of those breaks, you are in for a major headache.

also, when putting the head back on, before you do, tap the threads in the block...it makes all the difference in the world, don't reuse the bolts either, I tried once, and broke the first bolt when going to torque down the head, and hence had to start over again practically, 30-40$ for new bolts is worth the pain and agony if one breaks

Another reason for not re-using the head bolts is that they stretch especially if you warped the head when you put it togewther it won't seal right and you'll start over again as soon as it starts blowing water by....
